Bibek Debroy is Director of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, New Delhi. He is a professional economist and was educated at Presidency College (Calcutta), Delhi School of Economics and Trinity College (Cambridge), His special interests are international trade, particularly the WTO, law reform and the political economy of liberalization in India.

Mohammed Saqib is an economist who studied at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. He is a Fellow at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies (RGICS), Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. He works in the area of WTO, FDI, Trade and Environment issues. Mt, Saqib has authored books, several articles in international and national journals and contributions in economic newspapers.
